Won a couple of handicaps last autumn but hasn't looked like repeating the dose in five starts this year, and threw in a bit of a stinker at Pontefract on his latest start. Plenty to prove at present.
Has fallen to a good looking mark and although we haven't seen her out since May, she has twice won after a break and handles soft ground well, so has quite a bit to recommend her. Some market support would make her even more interesting.
Over a year since we last saw him, so chances are there's been some problems with him, with best form coming at shorter and on better ground, not that hard to look elsewhere for the winner, for all that he may be better than this mark.
Winner off this mark at Goodwood back in June but that was at a lower level than today, and he's not reproduced that in two subsequent efforts. Drop back in trip may help though, and handles some cut, so not totally written off.
Only seen the once in the last couple of years, that when finishing last of six at Chelmsford in May, and although he may be well handicapped these days, simply too much to take on trust.
