Successful by 7L in a 3m handicap chase at Kempton (good) in May but proved a disappointment off this 4lb higher mark when 13L last of four at Newton Abbot (3m2f, good) later that month). Worth a check in the market on return from a break.
Recorded his eighth victory when winning by ½L in a 3m handicap chase at Bangor (good) at the start of August. Interesting to see how he fares following a 2lb rise in the weights.
Sent off odds-on favourite when finishing 2L third in a six runner 2m7f novice hurdle at Worcester (good) a month ago. Returns to fences off a mark 5lb higher than when finishing runner-up at Cartmel (2m5f, good) in June.
Beaten favourite when finishing 16L fourth in a 2m7f handicap chase at Worcester (good) at the end of August. Market support would be notable in this contest.
Twice a winner in 2019 including by 1L in a 3m handicap chase at Bangor (good) in August. Raised 4lb for that victory and is one for the shortlist receiving weight from all of his rivals.
