Won a bumper at Thurles (2m4f) on the third start of his career and made his hurdles breakthrough when landing a C&D maiden last month on soft ground. Penalty for that narrow 1L win demands improvement of him here.
3¼L winner at Tramore on hurdles bow was last of five subsequently in deeper waters at Listowel in novice company under a penalty like he races under here. Should fare better with time given connections but others appeal more today.
Bumper winner improved with each start over hurdles and got off the mark over C&D latest beating Sizing Malbay who goes in the 2:35 today in handicap. Relished soft ground there and looks a likely sort to follow up here.
Bumper winner remains a maiden over hurdles but has certainly shown enough in his five starts to think that a win will soon follow. Back to something like his best when third of 17 last month at Listowel and must be respected here.
Heavy ground winner last winter in most recent hurdles race; a maiden at Limerick should be ready to resume progress now after two Flat starts including one just last month. Certainly a contender here with ground conditions a plus.
Yet to live up to €120,000 price tag over hurdles after twice winning on the Flat in France but 5L fourth to Triumph third Gardens Of Babylon leaps off the page. Jumping let him down after but suspect master trainer will have that brushed up now.
Gelding by Westerner belied 16/1 odds when winning on debut in a Listowel maiden last month despite jumping very ponderously early on. Can improve any amount from that and could prove the best option in a wide-open contest.

Pakens Rock (11/4), Anything Will Do (3/1), Drop The Anchor (10/3), Dumhach Thra (4/1), Shadow Seven (6/1), Aim For Glory (10/1), Bua Boy (10/1), Think Positive (12/1), Lignou (25/1)
Not one of these runners can be completely ruled out but in a tricky contest where seven of the nine have won once over hurdles it is ANYTHING WILL DO who gets the vote having won on debut at Listowel despite rather than because of his jumping. If he can brush that up he ought to improve plenty and at this early stage of his career he should have a bright future ahead. Recent C&D handicap winner Dumhach Thra looks sure to make a bold bid with his course form rock-solid and a lot better is now expected of Tu Va maiden Lignou.
