Looks like a confidence boosting return to hurdling after falling in a chase last time out; not wothout useful hurdles for in the past, he rates a fair chance in this line up if running up to his best.
Surprised punters when going in a 50/1 in a chase at Listowel in September; not to badly handicapped returning to hurdles and certainly in good heart; one to consider.
Twice struggled off this mark over hurdles after winning at Limerick in March; sent hurdling to little effect of late and may find things hard again off this handicap mark.
Won this race last year off just a 4lb higher mark and showed his well-being recently at Listowel when finishing 2/18 over a similar trip; every chance of following up and connections will be hoping for more rain.
Had looked like he had turned a corner when running the race of his life at Bellewstown in July but reverted to type next time out at Killarney; off the track since July and hard to make a strong case for this 9-race maiden.
Lightly-raced over hurdles and last seen out winning a novice chase at Clonmel in February; tough ask to land this against some race fit rivals but market may give some clues.
Veteran better known for his chasing these days; has some ability (but no wins) over hurdles and looks on a reasonable mark but difficult to see him being good enough here.
Well held in four below-par performances since making his debut in January. Last seen tailing off at Tramore over 2m5f and plenty to prove in this contest looking at exposed form.
Last time came over course and distance and races here off just a 4lb higher mark; form since that win has been patchy so hard to rely on but has as good a chance as any if bouncing back.
Well held and never nearer in four dismal maiden hurdle efforts to date beaten over 20L on each occasion. Makes little appeal.
Five race maiden who has failed to get competitive on any occasion; unseated rider when last seen out at Navan late last month; hard to see him getting competitive.
Best effort cam on this track in July over much shorter; has proved she stays this trip and enjoys a soft surface so not so easy to rule out completely.
