Gained third career success here over C&D two starts back and even off a 5lb higher mark he went well when second here latest. Up another 2lb but clearly in form and with those his only two starts at the track he seems to relish it.
Make all success over the trip at Chelmsford latest took his AW record to 4-7. Ran well here also on last visit and seems to be progressing well so rates a leading player once again here.
8L winner on heavy ground at Nottingham so no surprise when she followed up at Newmarket under just a 3lb penalty back on quicker ground. 12lb higher now with revised mark but looks the sort her master trainer excels with and highly respected.
Gained back-to-back wins this summer but remains 2lb higher and has performed a fair bit below that level in fours starts since. May struggle against improving younger rivals.
Progressive late last season but largely disappointing this term having made the frame just once in five starts although she's had some tough tasks. Best form last season would give her a big chance but doubts aplenty now.
Won once for Richard Hughes before fruitless spell with Iain Jardine where he ran mostly over hurdles. Another new yard now but doubt this trip will be far enough.
$1,100,000 son of War Front off the mark at Newmarket in June ran well when third on handicap debut over C&D latest off this mark. More needed here but suspect his best days are still to come.
Not disgraced in a C&D handicap latest when fourth of 10 but this race is at least as strong so making significant strides forward will likely be difficult.

Cadre Du Noir (5/2), Kuwait Currency (11/4), Rectory Road (5/1), Attainment (6/1), Wafy (13/2), Romola (9/1), Akvavera (9/1), La Maquina (14/1), Rousayan (28/1), Golden Wolf (100/1)
Sir Michael Stoute won this race 12 months ago with a three-year-old and his ROMOLA looks the prime sort he reaps the rewards of his patience with as she bids for a hat-trick which is decidedly possible even off this 12lb higher mark. Attainment may prove the greatest threat especially if getting an uncontested lead and he is clearly a really smart performer on AW surfaces. Although probably in need of a career-best here Cadre Du Noir appeals as the sort who can make a breakthrough sooner rather than later and he too is highly respected.
