Three career wins have come on the Flat. Pulled up on latest start over hurdles in May continuing a desperate run of form. Best watched on return from a break unless market vibes suggest differently.
18-race maiden still looking no nearer to breakthrough success in 13 starts over timber. Hard to fancy until the Stowaway gelding shows a hint of ability in his races.
Off the mark at the seventh time of asking for connection over hurdles when landing a Cork 2m3f good ground handicap in August last year. Not seen since and market check essential as post time approaches.
Eight-race maiden over hurdles but the daughter of Milan has proceeded to hit the frame on three occasions. Not a forlorn hope and first-time cheekpieces interesting.
Out of form in the last 12 months over the larger obstacles and earlier this month on return to hurdles at Listowel. Still higher than last winning mark and needs to show significant improvement in this company.
Seven-race maiden still looking for a breakthrough win in four starts over hurdles. Pulled up when last seen in February and faces a tough test on return.
Has shown little in the way of ability in six starts over timber including some moderate efforts in handicap company. Others look open to more improvement.
Sole win in 16 starts over hurdles came in a Ballinrobe maiden over three years ago. Dangerous running 5lb lower than last winning mark and capable of mixing it in this contest.
Dramatic improvement to win a Ballinrobe maiden hurdle at odds of 20/1 last month appeared to evade the daughter of Stowaway again on a dismal handicap debut at the same track earlier this month. Drop in trip a minor positive.
58-rated handicapper on the Flat, last seen running Giving Back to 2¾L at Chepstow over 2m earlier this month. Nine-race maiden over timber but capable of improvement on his third of 11 at Kilbeggan last month.
Promising start in handicaps appears to have leveled out on the balance of his 15L defeat finishing eighth of 17 at Down Royal last month. Can't be ruled out in first-time blinkers and on best form.
Well down the field in three career hurdle starts so far. Hard to see him making any significant impact on handicap debut.
60-rated handicapper on the Flat, the gelding is yet to hit the frame in five starts over hurdles. Beaten 33L on latest start over timber in December and hard to fancy on return to action here.
Well beaten on sole bumper start before a run of seven dismal efforts over hurdles. Handicapper needs to relent a little more before the Doyen gelding comes in for consideration.
Long-standing maiden both on Flat and over timber. Beaten 59L on latest start over 2m2f at Ballinrobe earlier this month and needs to improve on even her best form to play a part here.
Landed a handicap hurdle over an extended 2m1f at Ballinrobe in April getting off the mark at the 10th time of asking off a 3lb lower mark. Well held on a number of occasions since and likely to find a couple of better handicapped sorts lurking.
Seven-race maiden without a win in five starts over hurdles for Co Donegal trainer Christian Delcros. Best watched on stable debut.
Forecasts
Kansas Kid (7/2), Blackyellowred (13/2), King Christophe (7/1), Banjo (7/1), Fly De Megaudais (8/1), Milomynit (8/1), Theatre Run (10/1), Clear Left (12/1), Aa Bee See (14/1), Vic's Little Miss (14/1), Shadows Return (14/1), William of Wykeham (20/1), La Regle (20/1), Mistiness (20/1), Dark Lightning (25/1), Elzaa (33/1), Mister H (33/1)
The Henry De Bromhead-trained MILOMYNIT can take advantage of the drop in trip and first-time cheekpieces to get off the mark for connections at the ninth time of asking over hurdles. The six-year-old is expected to be suited by the shorter distance here and can get the better of Peter Fahey's King Cristophe who will be sharper for a run on the Flat at Chepstow recently. Blackyellowred in first-time blinkers and the 10-year-old, Kansas Kid look capable of hitting the frame.
- Milomynit
- King Christophe
- Blackyellowred
