Has been successful on two of his three hurdles starts, with his latest victory coming at Sedgefield (2m4f) in just a two runner field. Makes his handicap debut here over hurdles where he has a great chance of another win.

Lightly-raced gelding who has had just the three runs. He broke his maiden on his opening start under Rules at Downpatrick (2m3f) but his two outings since then have been disappointing. Needs to bounce back.

Has won over hurdles twice this year. His form has been mixed since switching yards in August though. He was third of eight last time at Worcester (2m). Is stepping up in trip here so best to watch for now.

Scored for the first time two starts back at Bangor (2m3½f) in an eight runner contest. He was unable to follow it up last time as he was third of nine at Southwell (2m4½f). Remains off the same mark. Can't discount.

Broke his maiden last time at Uttoxeter (2m4f) in an eight runner contest, scoring by 2¾L after making all of the running. Has been raised to a 5lb higher mark but he should still be on your shortlist here.

Recorded his second success over hurdles last time at Fontwell (2m3f) in what was his return to action following a wind-op. He has gone up 3lb in the weights for that victory and is now up in trip. One to consider.

Recorded back-to-back wins last November but since then the best she has been able to do is finish in the frame, including on her latest start at Haydock (2m3f) when she was second of 14. Remains off the same mark so has to be considered.

His sole success came at Taunton (2m½f) last November. His form since then has been mixed but he has yet to add to his tally. He was brought down on his latest run at Uttoxeter (2m7½f). Has to improve to be in the mix.

Won on his third career appearance at Sedgefield (2m4f) in a five runner field. Has struggled in his three starts this year, including his latest in handicap company at Bangor (2m7f) where he was fourth of seven. Needs to produce more.

Prevailed for the first time at Exeter (2m2½f) back in May. Has not been able to add to that in four attempts since then. He was fifth of 10 last time at Stratford (2m2½f). Is capable of being competitive off this mark.

Forecasts

Royal Ruby (3/1), Working Class (4/1), Dounyapour (6/1), Misty Bloom (13/2), Minella Mojo (8/1), Blue N Yellow (9/1), Bolton Boy (9/1), Mead Vale (11/1), Eclair Des Sablons (12/1), Sleepy Haven (16/1), Skeaping (20/1), Hillary John (25/1)

Verdict

DOUNYAPUR is on a hat-trick bid here and he can continue his hot form over hurdles on his handicap debut by coming out on top off this mark with looks very workable for him. Working Class was much better on his opening start since having wind surgery and should be in the mix at the finish once again over this slightly longer trip, while Minella Mojo is likely to make the running and may not be passed by too many of his rivals.
