C&D winner has fallen to an attractive mark but lost his way for David Simcock and hard to fancy following two well beaten efforts over hurdles for current yard.
Seven-race maiden was showing encouraging signs until two poor recent efforts. Step up in distance not a worry on breeding but needs to bounce back to be involved.
Has strong form including two wins over this C&D and matched the form of her clear claiming success here with another good second off 1lb lower back in a handicap last time. Shouldn't be far away again.
Twice a winner in France but now just one place in nine starts on these shores. Question whether this step up in distance will suit but is falling to a dangerous mark.
Remains poorly handicapped and has been badly out of form over hurdles and on the Flat for a while now. Best watched on stable debut.
Third over 1m6f here in January but his five runs since have been a long well below that level. Hard to make a case for at present.
Six-race maiden has failed to build on promise of Newbury third in June. Given a chance now by the handicapper but failed to impress on previous AW start at Kempton.
Just 1lb higher than the last of two wins over this C&D. Disappointing twice since but this is easier down in grade and could bounce back on a return to this surface.
Six-race maiden went close over 1m2f at Brighton in August but was poor over the same C&D last time. Improvement needed off current handicap mark on course debut.
Gained back-to-back successes over 1m2f at Chelmsford and ran to a similar level when third over this trip at Kempton. Previously made all and could have done with more forceful tactics there and there should be more to come.
Veteran has 15 successes to his name including five over this C&D. Now 1lb below last winning mark and arrives here in solid form. Capable of being involved once again.
Seven-race maiden struggled in French claiming company the last twice. Previous form would need improving upon and others look stronger candidates.
Forecasts
Gold Arch (3/1), Ballymount (4/1), Forbidden Dance (5/1), Warning Light (5/1), Genuine Approval (7/1), Yasir (10/1), Circle Of Stars (14/1), Tarbeyah (16/1), Punkawallah (25/1), Rubensian (28/1), Delta Bravo (50/1), Jackblack (66/1)
Yasir has very strong course form, particularly over this distance and the reliable veteran should run his race once more. Gold Arch is another who clearly likes this surface and gets a welcome drop in class while Genuine Approval also can't be ruled out in suitable conditions. WARNING LIGHT could be hard to peg back if returning to the tactics that saw her twice make all at Chelmsford and she was just delivered too late in what was another good effort last start.
- Warning Light
- Gold Arch
- Yasir
