Formerly with John Gosden and latterly Mick Appleby; runner-up on sole previous visit to this track in a 2m Conditions Stakes FTQ (Dec 2017); clearly has had issues, always in rear on debut for Marjorie Fife a fortnight ago (off a 17-month break).
Always prominent when winning by 5L on on his last visit to this track in April (1m2f); now 7lb higher, albeit reasonably reliable since, including in Class 2-3 handicaps; reservations as to whether or not he's truly most effective at 2m.
Front-runner and winner of three of his five starts since upped in trip (1m4f-2m) and introduced to handicapping mid-summer; 5lb higher than when scrambling home by a neck at Kempton (2m) 23 days ago; life is steadily becoming harder.
Shown marked improvement in recent weeks, with stamina evidently his forte at Redcar (1m6f) and Lingfield (2m); is due a 2lb rise after a rock-solid second to Just Hubert in Saturday's Edinburgh Cup at Musselburgh (2m, good to firm); major player.

Front-runner Blame It On Sally has enjoyed a productive second half of the season since sent handicapping by his astute trainer Sir Mark Prescott. However, the suspicion is that his winning opportunities are now steadily beginning to dwindle and he could find the progressive fellow three-year-old ANYONECANHAVEITALL too hot to handle. Mark Johnston's charge admittedly isn't fully proven on an artificial surface, but he acquitted himself well in defeat when runner-up to Just Hubert in the Edinburgh Cup (Musselburgh) last weekend. There's no obvious reason as to why he won't take to this surface, and he's officially 2lb ahead of the handicapper.
