Remains a maiden over timber but has been in form of late and was credible third over similar trip behind Northern Emperor here last time. Competitive on that evidence.
Six-race maiden, well held in three handicap hurdle starts so far including when fifth of 12 at Sligo last month. Out of form recently and hard to fancy.
Now a 10-race maiden over timber, tailed off here last month in race won by Northern Emperor but much more like it since when second over 3m1f Kilbeggan. Player if building on that run.
Improved dramatically in first-time tongue-tie (retained) when landing a 2m1f soft-ground maiden hurdle here last month. Could have strong claims going into handicaps from what looks a reasonable mark.
Filly with a patchy record so far over hurdles (mostly in maidens) after seven runs. She has placed a couple of times and can get involved if on her best form.
Makes handicap hurdle debut but very hard to make a case for on the evidence of three runs in novice/maiden company thus far.
Was back from 288-day absence when just over a length fourth behind Sizing Malbay (runs in previous race here) at Bellewstown last month. Possibilities are there if coming on for the run.
Consistent sort over timber and got off the mark at 25th time of asking recently at this venue on soft ground (had a few of these behind). 7lb higher this time, entitled to be in there pitching again.
Modest third of eight in a maiden at Kilbeggan last time (beaten 26) and will need to find plenty more going handicapping over this longer trip.
Mare is a long-standing maiden over timber. She has placed a couple of times recently over 3m+ trips but was beaten 44L into fifth here last month in race won by Northern Emperor. Won't want soft ground.
Victorious in a handicap hurdle over an extended 2m1f at this track (good) in April. Best effort since when ¾L third at Bellewstown (2m4f, good) last time and could be more to offer over this sort of trip (untried).
Mare has yet to raise a challenge in seven-race hurdles career, including in handicaps, and she's significant improvement to find in this line-up.
16 hurdles runs have failed to yield a win and was readily dismissed here in July when last spotted. Others much preferred again.
Could only manage eleventh of 17 in handicap hurdle at Killarney (2m4f, good) four weeks ago in first-time cheekpieces (retained now). Has plenty to work on.
14-race maiden hurdler who has shown little to moderate form on his racecourse appearances so far and not one to invest in now (Third Reserve).

Northern Emperor had the likes of Monsieur Bagot and Humps And Bumps behind when finally getting off the mark last time at this track. The first-named must now prove he can back that run up from his new mark. FLY DE MEGAUDAIS arrives here off a much-improved showing at Bellewstown recently and, with that step in the right direction, should have valid claims if coping with this extra yardage now. Clear Left is very much respected on handicap bow while Makeyourcall shaped well after an absence and may well build on that now.

- Clear Left
- Makeyourcall
