Last win came under today's booked rider and he is still 4lb above that mark. Has developed a tendency to hang under pressure and cheekpieces failed to correct that trait last time.
Has gone off the boil since recording a hat-trick in 2018. His run at Kempton in July promised better than he showed on his next start and he is probably better over 2m.
Winless since his first two starts and has become frustrating. Mark continues to fall but he tends to get behind early and lack the pace to challenge. Tackles a new trip but remains hard to trust.
Sole success in 22 outings came in basement grade over 1m2f off a slightly higher mark than this. Some of his efforts over 1m4f cast doubts he will stay this far.
Seven-time AW winner and claimed a C&D success in June. Form has dipped since and his last two runs reflect the difficult spell his yard are enduring.
