Half-brother to useful hurdler Springtown Lake. Showed promise when 2nd in a Thurles bumper in February but failed to follow up over course and distance next time out. Long absence a concern but could go well.
Fell in his only run in a point-to-point but did show promise on debut run in a bumper in October 2017. Ran poorly shortly afterwards and not seen out since. Best just watched this time.
Made all and easily won a point-to-point contest back in November 2018; long time off any racing is a concern with the market likely to be the best guide to his chances.
Just the evidence of two poor point-to-point runs to assess his chances; did finish a well beaten third on his latest run but difficult to see him being good enough here.
Had his first run under rules in June at Clonmel following some less than inspiring point-to-point runs; as expected she showed little ability and trailed in last of 11.
Likely to be popular the betting given the stable won this contest last year; given a gentle introduction to racing at Kilbeggan in August and is open to plenty of improvement; may prove hard to beat.
Failed by just a short-head at Downpatrick on Rules debut in July, then ran well again when second at Tramore in August before disappointing last time out but still rates a leading candidate in poor race.

Forecasts
Casamari Abbey (9/4), Mystery Stowaway (7/2), Lou Trek (7/2), Gold Speed (9/2), Mountainmore (11/2), Snowpiercer (10/1), Oscar Montel (16/1), Fair Ella (66/1)
Willie Mullins won this race last year and he can land a double should his MOUNTAINMORE show the necessary improvement from her debut run at Kilbeggan last month. Not knocked about that day she should run his race with that experience under her belt. Mystery Stowaway had run some cracking races in defeat before running below par at Downpatrick last time out; if bouncing back he could go close. If Casamari Abbey is fit after a long absence then he has the ability to challenge for some place prize money at the very least.
- Mountainmore
- Mystery Stowaway
- Casamari Abbey
