Landed a fourth career win over fences when landing a Tipperary handicap over 2m3f in July off a 4lb lower mark. Could not land a blow next time out at Killarney. Not without a chance and finished 3rd in this contest last season.
Winner of two chases in March and April before finishing off with a weak effort in a Down Royal hurdle race; Has run well fresh and major doubt is whether he is capable of winning from a career high mark.
Winner of three of her 15 starts over fences hitting the frame on a further three occasions. Needs to bounce back from a fall last time out at Klibeggan but had previously been running well and one for the shortlist.
Creeping down to near a handy mark and only 3b higher than when winning at this track in June over 2m3f; needs to recover from falling last time out but holds every chance if bouncing back.
Not the most fluent of jumpers these days and has had little success in hunter chases and point-to point contests of late; current handicap mark looks lenient but a clear round is far from certain. Stable won this race last year.
Has been knocking on the door in some decent chase contest prior to running a blinder in a valuable handicap hurdle at Galway in early August; not unreasonably handicapper and has a good a chance as any in this contest.
Likes to front run; won at Downpatrick in June but failed to get competitive in his next two outings in July and August (over hurdles); hard to assess at present but live place chance on best of his form.
Relatively lightly raced over fences and has two victories to her name; has struggled with her jumping at times and has been off the track a long time; change of stables may help but others preferred.
Some fair form in novice chase but has failed to get competitive in his last two starts; respected from powerful stable and market support would be of interest for a horse with a better reputation than he has shown on the racecourse to date.
Showed his well being when not beaten far in a Downpatrick handicap (2m3f) last time out and capable of running a good race but may struggle from out of the handicap.

Ask Susan (5/4), Cabaret Queen (5/1), Gwencily Berbas (8/1), The Big Lense (10/1), Mrs Lovett (12/1), Deans Road (12/1), Father Jed (14/1), Sizing Rome (14/1), Nearly Nama'd (16/1), Killiney Court (16/1), Reach Up (16/1)
Nearly Nama'd needs to recover from falling last time out at Killarney but holds every chance if reproducing the form he should at this course in June racing off just a 3lb higher mark however a tentative nod goes to the top weight DEANS ROAD who finished third in the race last season and won two starts ago at Tipperary. Ask Susan had been running well over fences before putting in a season's best run over hurdles last time out, if re-acclimatising to the larger obstacles she should run well. Mrs Lovett is a consistent sort who, if running to the best of her form, is likely to be in the firing line in the closing stages.
- Nearly Nama'd
- Deans Road
- Ask Susan
