7/1
Three wins on the bounce (two over fences) prior to chasing home market principles in decent novice contest over 2m5f at Killarney (good) last month. Holds fair claims in this field.

Age: 5|  Weight: 11-7| J: E Walsh(7)| T: N Meade| D
9/2
125-rated hurdler, justified market prominence when scoring in beginners' chase at Downpatrick (2m2½f, good) last month. Extra yardage in favour now and entitled to get in the scrap for honours.

1/1
Mare has won her last three starts (two over fences) with plenty in hand and could prove hard to peg back again with good ground a positive. Sets the standard.

Rebel Turn15
Age: 10|  Weight: 11-3| J: Katie O'Farrell(5)| T: W J Burke| OR:  95| D
50/1
5L second behind Westland Row at Tramore last month and again well down on that rival when last of five since at Killarney (both around 2m5f). Unlikely to turn things around over slightly shorter trip.
5

Victoria Bayt27
Age: 6|  Weight: 11-0| J: P D Kennedy| T: C Bowe| D
5/2
Runner-up in similar C&D event in June, has matched that in two starts since (one hurdles) and meet rivals in better form here. Capable if finding best form.

Forecasts

Put The Kettle On (1/1), Victoria Bay (5/2), The Red Menace (9/2), Westland Row (7/1), Rebel Turn (50/1)

Verdict

PUT THE KETTLE ON landed the hat-trick without much fuss at Tipperary last time and she always appeared to be going best. Another big run looks to be on the cards from Henry De Bromhead's mare and she should take plenty beating once more. Westland Row was no match for the front pair at Killarney last time but seemingly finds an easier mission now and is respected despite shipping weight to the selection while The Red Menace and Victoria Bay are more than capable of being in there pitching at the business end.
  1. Put The Kettle On
  2. Westland Row
  3. The Red Menace
