Talented Group 1 winning sprinter who was only narrowly denied by Advertise in France last time out. 3lb better off with that rival due to the weight for age allowance this time and any rain would be in his favour. Second in this race last year.

Won his first two starts this season prior to an excellent staying on second in the Diamond Jubilee. Failed to back that up in the July Cup but he's a live player with a repeat of his Ascot run and he's seemingly versatile with regards to ground.

Has won three of his five starts this year including a Group 2 success at York. Has found Group 1 level beyond him in three tries so far including behind Advertise at Deauville last time out; must improve for the fitting of first-time cheekpieces.

Game front-runner who finished second behind Invincible Army in a Group 2 earlier this year. Impressive when winning a Listed race at Chester last time out but hard to see how he can figure in a race this deep, despite the soft ground in his favour.

Won this race last year, gaining a third Group 1 success but there's been signs he's not retained all his ability this season, beaten in Listed company and most recently Group 3 class. Obvious player if he can get back to his best.

Recorded a second Group 3 success when a surprise winner at Newbury in July but he was a beaten favourite in a Baden-Baden Group 2 last time out. Will need to up his game to mix it with these rivals; though soft ground would be in his favour.

Landed his second Group 2 when winning over C&D earlier in the campaign (beating subsequently retired Calyx). Only 1¾L behind Advertise in the Commonwealth Cup last time out and less exposed than most. Won a French Group 2 on soft as a juvenile.

Justified market support to land a typically competitive renewal of the Stewards' Cup and that was a dominant success, winning by 2¾L. Well worth another crack at Group level after that career best and should be thereabouts if handling conditions.

Made it four wins from five runs as a juvenile in the Cheveley Park Stakes. Hasn't replicated that performance in five starts this year and beaten a long way in the Nunthorpe last time but likely to do better at some stage. Unraced on soft ground.

C&D Listed winner back in May prior to a huge effort when runner-up behind Advertise in the Commonwealth Cup. There was no fluke about that performance and she's only making her seventh career start here; may still be capable of better.

Successful twice in Group 3 company in Ireland and stayed on well to pick up the pieces and finish third in the Nunthorpe last time out. Step back up in trip is guaranteed to suit and has run well with cut in the ground before.

Verdict

Three-year-olds have a good record in this race with four of the last five renewals going to the younger fillies and colts and it might be worth taking a chance on FOREVER IN DREAMS. The Dream Ahead filly produced a career-best last time out when runner-up behind Advertise (non-runner here) and given that she arrives fresher than nearly all of these rivals, she could be worth taking a chance on with the promise of more to come. A reproduction of Dream Of Dreams' Royal Ascot second at Royal Ascot could see him get involved here while Brando got back to something like his best at Deauville last time out and finished runner-up in this race last year.
