Nazeef⁶⁹

Age: 3| Weight: 9-4| J: Jim Crowley| T: J & T Gosden

1/4

Daughter of Invincible Spirit sets a strong standard following her much improved 7f win at Newmarket on her second start. Hit the line as though she'll only improve at this distance and won with plenty in hand. Sets a very strong standard.

Form: 31

Harbour City²¹

Age: 3| Weight: 8-11| J: P J McDonald| T: J Tate

20/1

Showed some promise on debut over this C&D but well below that over 7f at Kempton subsequently. Needs not only to bounce back but to find considerably more.

Form: 45

(2)

Loveheart⁷

Age: 3| Weight: 8-11| J: Joe Bradnam⁽⁷⁾| T: M L W Bell

33/1

Daughter of Dubawi; a half siister to seven winners and her dam was an Oaks winner. Never got involved on debut and again well held over 7f here despite favouritism. Presumably has shown more at home but plenty extra needed.

Form: 54

(1)

Qatar Queen²⁸

Age: 3| Weight: 8-11| J: Oisin Murphy| T: J R Fanshawe

3/1

400,000 gns Kodiac filly who is a half-sister to high-class Group 1 winner Barney Roy. Wore a hood on debut and albeit well held, made late progress as though she'd benefit from the run. Likely improver.

Weight: 8-11| Age: 3

T: Owen Burrows J: David Probert

Forecasts

Nazeef (1/4), Qatar Queen (3/1), Almahha (5/1), Harbour City (20/1), Loveheart (33/1)

The penalty isn't a worry for NAZEEF who boasts a level of form way ahead of her rivals and looks to have been found a great opportunity for back-to-back wins. Qatar Queen is likely to progress from a much needed debut but while Almahha is an interesting sole debutante.
