Form figures of 1211 since June, scoring at Nottingham (6f, good) and twice over shorter at Bath. All out for latest success, but hard to knock her record, or her yard's current form, and she is worthy of the utmost respect in this grade.

Won twice on the Polytrack at Lingfield late last year but struggled from the revised marks since. Did catch the eye at Windsor last night, ridden more patiently, and threatening more, but needs to start delivering.

Won three times at 6f last term and landed another at that trip on seasonal return before following up at Lingfield in June. Ran badly at Ascot in July, but reportedly got upset in the stalls, so may pay to ignore that poor effort.

Patchy form this year, but bounced back to form with a last-gasp win at Bath last time, when overcoming a troubled passage. Has every chance if backing that performance up, and return to 6f will help.

Scored in an apprentice contest at Windsor on her penultimate start, but a little disappointing that she couldn't capitalise on an unchanged mark at Bath last time, and has a stiffer task from 2lb higher now.

Forecasts

Rose Hip (5/2), Silca Mistress (5/2), Sweet Pursuit (4/1), Wotadoll (9/2), Chitra (11/2)

Verdict

Not an easy race to assess, and while Sweet Pursuit is the obvious choice after pulling the race out of the fire at Bath last time, she's not certain to be in the same form now, and preference is for the ultra-consistent ROSE HIP, who has won three of her last four and is still not badly treated. Silca Mistress offered more last time, and may be coming to the boil.
  1. Rose Hip
  2. Sweet Pursuit
  3. Silca Mistress
