Racing Again 10th September Handicap

Three-time C&D winner (all off higher marks); comes here off a long losing run having plummeted to a career-low but remains hard to win with. Well below form over C&D last time (tried in first-time blinkers); hung badly to left last time.

Fair sort; best form this year when dropped into a seller (hardly sound form); given a chance by the handicapper returned to this sphere. Better than his form figures would suggest, last two starts; ground/trip will suit, attractively weighted.

Well handicapped when winning a C&D apprentice event in June; kept busy since then she ran her best race for some while to score again over 5f at Musselburgh. Sound effort when third (much better grade last time); chance if she maintains consistency.

Dual 5f winner at Musselburgh last year he's hardly been seen this year with just two early season outings to his name; shaped better than distance beaten when last seen (finished lame). On last winning mark returning from a wind op; monitor market.

Delivered on previous promise when landing a C&D handicap off an 11lb mark on her final 2018 start. Picked up the winning thread in May; continued winning curve with two Musselburgh 5f wins in July/August; unsuited by conditions last time.

Resumed winning ways to score his third victory of the year and first overall on turf at Goodwood last time (made all). Form wouldn't have been the strongest and the 4lb rise may make life difficult as he bids for his second turf win.

Dual 5f winner last year (turf/Tapeta) he's only had limited opportunities so far this year but still looks on a good mark. Best to ignore his last start, steadied at start, soon behind, soon in a hopeless position; absence to overcome.

Took advantage of a reduced mark when scoring at Redcar in June (5f, good) having shown promise in her previous start. Four subsequent starts have failed to match that performance including a poor effort over C&D last time; questions to answer.

No easy task from 5lb out of the handicap returning from a break with no winning form for over two years. Only win came when beating two rivals in a 5f Wolverhampton claimer; would need to return a career-best to take this.
