Been in fine form since joining this yard with two wins and three seconds in five starts from 1m to 1m2f. Neck second off this mark at Goodwood (1m1f, good) last Sunday to Brother In Arms and looks the one to beat now.
Far from prolific but second on three occasions this season and all off higher marks than he races under today. Latest effort excused due to heavy ground but back on a sound surface he isn't one to overlook.
Second in a C&D maiden handicap latest in his fifth start far and away his best effort to date. 2lb higher in a stronger race now but could be the start of something so not ruled out by any means.
Six-race maiden recorded his best effort so far when third of five beaten 1¾L in a C&D handicap last time out. Hopefully more to come now and gets another 1lb back from the handicapper.
Won a seller over hurdles for Dan Skelton but lost her way in that sphere and made little impression when switched back to the Flat on debut for her new yard earlier in the month. Others offer more convincing profiles.
Over two years between his first career score and win at Goodwood last Sunday where he beat Luna Magic a neck at 20/1. 5lb penalty today makes confirming placing with that rival unlikely although he is still one of the bigger dangers.
Now on a 14-race losing run and having not made the frame in six starts in 2019 he appears to be regressive and best avoided despite tumbling down the ratings.
Forecasts
Luna Magic (7/4), Circle Of Stars (3/1), Noble Account (7/2), Brother In Arms (7/1), Light Of Air (8/1), Windsorlot (10/1), Angel Of The North (33/1)
Although beaten by Brother In Arms last Sunday LUNA MAGIC is a confident selection with that rival carrying a 5lb penalty for winning by just a neck. Archie Watson has worked wonders with this mare who is fancied to gain a third win for the shrewd handler. Light Of Air could prove most troublesome of the rivals back on a sound surface ahead of Brother in Arms.
