Has been well tried but form has steadily gone backwards since his debut second at Ayr. Disappointing last start on soft ground at Ayr and would need to be right back to his best.
Consistent level of form in three starts in novice company so far but would need to improve off this opening mark on handicap debut. Cheekpieces added and meets soft ground for the first time.
Has shown a consistent level of form and ran in a warm York contest on handicap debut which finished in a bunch. Down in grade but concern his worst run came with cut in the ground.
Suited by cut in the ground and off the mark at Nottingham last time. Up 6lb and he was suited by racing on a slow pace, however he's on an upward curve so one to consider.
Thirsk win in June came with some juice in the ground and not far off that when third at Leicester last time. Dropped 1lb and may have more to offer on a wet surface.
Has raced exclusively in testing conditions so far and now makes handicap debut following a below par effort. Looks ready for this step up to 6f and attractively weighted on best form on handicap debut.
Nice improvement in three starts to date and well suited by heavy ground last time. Not on a bad opening handicap mark and one to consider if rain arrives.
Consistent performer in five starts to date who just hasn't seen out 7f the last twice. Suited by this drop in trip although ground is an unknown. Needs a bit more progress to be involved.
Off the mark in novice company on his third start and backed it up when promoted to first on handicap debut at Ripon. Looked suited by some cut and won in a good time. Up 4lb but likely there's more to come.
Dragon Pulse filly has raced to a similar level in three starts without improving. On a workable mark on handicap debut and a possible if first time hood extracts some improvement.
Inconsistent in five starts for John Quinn but improved on his second start for new yard when second on soft ground from 4lb out of the weights at Catterick. Looked suited by the stiffer test and well handicapped back in class.

BOB'S OSS ran a cracker last time and if rain arrives, he looks a horse who is suited by a slog over sprint trips. Singe Anglais is on a hat-trick and improving while Kilham would be suited by plenty of rain and has a very workable opening handicap mark.

- Singe Anglais
- Kilham
