A dreadfully weak event and it will be a surprise if the 143 rated ENNISTOWN gets beaten at these weights which give him a massive advantage. He’s taken well to fences despite getting beaten last time the inadequate trip not really helping; he’s been handed an excellent opportunity here. Royal Hall has been busy on the Flat of late but his hurdles form is way behind that of the market leader although he should be able to take the runner up slot. Both Carolines Charm and Gersjoeycasey have winning point-to-point form but their Rules form doesn’t account for much, the former is given a nominal vote for third.
