Course winner that has also won over this trip, with the geldings sole win over fences coming in a 2m3½f handicap at this venue in May. Looks a tall order.

Tough and genuine sort, off the mark for connections at the fifth time of asking when landing the Grade 3 Red Rum handicap chase at Aintree in April. Beaten at Punchestown since but a major player back here from a break.

Highly tried gelding, winner of just one of his 17 starts over the chase fences. Struggling in April in Group 1 and Group 2 company but not easily discounted in this contest.

Quickly turned out again following an appearance at Killarney on Friday, pulling up following the saddle slipping after the fifth obstacle. Needs a couple to falter.

Winner over C&D of a beginners chase on soft ground three years ago and second in this contest last year. Well held on return to action following a 277 day break at Tramore earlier this month, but a little early to be writing off just yet.

Verdict

The Henry De Bromhead-trained ORDINARY WORLD can land a second chase win of his career here, getting the better of stablemate Moon Over Germany. The nine-year-old is rated at least 3lb superior to his rivals in this contest and can get back to winning ways with his stablemate proving to be the biggest danger under jockey Rachael Blackmore. The Willie Mullins mare, Listen Dear finished second in this contest 12 months but needs to revive her career following time off the track and a disappointing effort at Tramore earlier this month.
