16,00 gns yearling. Cable Bay colt out of a dam who has produced dual 7f winner in France Money Sister. Has already been gelded and stable rarely has two-year-old winners. Best watched.
Showed little progression from tame debut effort with 9L fourth in 1m Kempton novice six days ago. Needs to improve greatly to be competitive.
Outran his outsider status with 6L fifth in 1m Windsor novice contest on latest start when looking like he failed to stay the trip. Drop back to 7f is a positive and has claims if improving again.
Tailed off on debut and put up similarly regressive performance with 11L ninth in 1m Windsor novice contest. Has to find a bit on ratings with Olivers Pursuit and makes limited appeal.
Good third on racecourse debut two starts ago but failed to handle the soft ground conditions when tailed off at Salisbury (7f) eleven days ago. Can be forgiven for that run and likely to get favoured conditions here.
Experienced juvenile who hasn't been disgraced in all bar one of his starts. Weakened on unfavourable ground at Chepstow (7f, good to soft) latest. Return to forecasted going a plus and sets the form standard. Player.
Make Believe colt. Dam has produced two winners to date, including 1m4f winner Jocks Wa Hae and 2m4f hurdles winner Lady Camelot. Pedigree suggests she'll be better in time when stepped up in trip.
Dream ahead filly who was a cheap purchase as a yearling. Dwelt and tailed off quickly on debut at Windsor (5f, good to firm) and has plenty to prove. Readily opposed.
Forecasts
Nat Love (8/15), Moorland Spirit (6/1), Kuwaity (6/1), Olivers Pursuit (13/2), No Can Do (16/1), Am I Dreaming (16/1), Pure Purfection (40/1), Herre Dittery (40/1)
A moderate-looking maiden contest, preference is for MOORLAND SPIRIT, who had legitimate excuses for her latest tame effort and showed an aptitude on her debut for rattling fast conditions and hails from a powerful yard who seem to excel with juveniles. Nat Love offers an extensive form guide but has become slightly frustrating in this sort of company and may find one too good yet again, while Am I Dreaming will come on for the run no matter what she offers, but her pedigree suggests she will be hitting the line rather than weakening.
