Vastly experienced winner of six of his 56 starts, the gelding is still holding his form well since winning at Galway in October off a 1lb higher mark. One for the shortlist.
Useful 121-rated handicap hurdler won on his Flat debut at Ballinrobe when last seen in June, a race that has produced the second, Tritonix and the third, Grove Hill to subsequently win. Leading player on handicap debut.
Genuine and tough sort running well in a number of starts this term since April. Bit more needed but enters calculations in this contest.
Modest 111-rated handicap hurdler, winner of six of her 41 starts on the Flat. Has recently slipped to 3lb below her last winning mark and has a dismal effort at Ballinrobe when last seen in June to forget.
Failed to nail four-in-row when asked to step up in trip at the Galway festival last month. Solid and genuine type who will look to bounce back over this trip.
Eight-race maiden, running well in defeat in a number of starts since June. Goes well over this trip and is entitled to make the shortlist.
15-race maiden in Flat races on turf. Appears to be better suited over this trip including finishing second of 13 beaten 4½L over C&D in September off a 4lb higher mark. Dark horse.
Four-race maiden, disappointed when upped to this trip at the Curragh when last seen in June. No surprise to see the filly bounce back in this company.

Cosmic Horizon (9/4), Scorched Earth (5/2), Charcor (6/1), Rock De Baune (7/1), Elm Grove (7/1), Ideal Pal (8/1), Canary Row (8/1), Grinn (12/1), Dancing Doll (20/1)
ROCK DE BAUNE can follow up his debut Flat win at Ballinrobe when last seen in June. The J P McManus-owned gelding showed plenty of fight to lead in the dying strides of the 11-runner contest, a race that has produced the second, Tritonix and the third, Grove Hill to subsequently win. The solid and consistent, Cosmic Horizon appears to be the clear and obvious danger, while Scortched Earth and Canary Row look capable of hitting the frame. Dancing Doll, second of 13 beaten 4½L over C&D in September off a 4lb higher mark can go well at a price.
- Rock De Baune
- Cosmic Horizon
- Dancing Doll
