Has won over C&D but best form on the AW been posted at Kempton and also seems to have lost his way lately. Finished last in each of his last four starts and hard to recommend in his current form.

In good heart at Chelmsford with a couple of runs per month there since May (also won over 7f in Essex back in February). On a handy mark but five previous starts at this course yielded little though.

Finished a length behind Tarseekh at Chelmsford in July and not much to find to reverse the form; also positive that she's won over C&D before now. Seems to like the blinkers and possible she can find the extra push needed. One to consider.

Most of her form has been registered over 7f but the filly coped with the drop to 6f to win at Yarmouth last time out. Just 4lb higher and a lot depends on how she handles the start. Good chance of following up if she breaks on terms.

Won over 5f here three times, the latest of which was from a 3lb higher mark last December. However, her form over 6f has been mixed and the mare certainly needs to better the levels she's been showing of late.

Refused to race on her last visit to this course but had previously shown no issues with the surface (finished second over 5f on her only other run at Lingfield). Form has been mixed in 2019 and losing sequence now stands at 15 races.

Still chasing a first career win and form has taken a turn since she went close at Catterick last October. Not been able to recapture her best since then and looks one to have reservations about just now.

Well handicapped on the best of his past form but on a long losing run and not one to rely upon to heavily. Was second in a classified stakes over C&D on his penultimate start but was stone last here in July and his inconsistency is off-putting.

Modest form in both starts this summer, the latest of which was a well held third in a seller at Leicester little over a month ago. 0-8 so far and not difficult to envisage his maiden status will remain intact post-race.

Has some scope for improvement but this year's form has been a mixed bag and he has a bit to prove now he's dropped back in trip once more.

Closely matched with Tarseekh and Quick Recovery from their encounter at Chelmsford last month but never recovered from a slow start when well backed at Bath on Saturday night and needs to bounce back quickly. Capable but risk attached.

Forecasts

Quick Recovery (7/2), Tarseekh (4/1), Classy Cailin (11/2), Dandilion (6/1), Prince Rock (7/1), Invincible One (7/1), Mystical Moon (10/1), Such Promise (12/1), Meraki (12/1), Gold Club (14/1), Dutiful Son (33/1), Mercers (40/1)

Verdict

Tarseekh has already accounted for Prince Rock and QUICK RECOVERY within the last month and will be a strong fancy to uphold the form if he can utilise his early speed. However, Quick Recovery met trouble in running the last they met and, as she now seems happy to race wearing blinkers, Jim Boyle's filly will be a major player if she's granted a clear passage this time. Mystical Moon is on a winning mark and is another who merits serious consideration. Classy Cailin can be fractious at the start but also has the capability to force her way into the frame if she's on song.
  1. Quick Recovery
  2. Tarseekh
  3. Prince Rock
