Off the mark for connections at the 13th attempt over hurdles, rated a modest 103. Yard hitting the bar at this meeting and market likely to reveal expectations on chase introduction.

Solid 110-rated handicap hurdler, winner of two of her last three starts. Small Co Limerick yard don't have a lot of runners so possibly best watched on chasing debut unless market vibes suggest otherwise.

Backed to win a Downpatrick novice hurdle last month before finishing ¾L adrift of Ayr Of Elegance on her latest start over hurdles. Makes chasing debut for a stable with a 33% win and place strike rate with their chasers in the last two years.
Has generally disappointed since winner over hurdles at the 16th attempt in May, including a below-par chasing debut at Roscommon earlier this month. Others make more appeal.

Forecasts

Tell Me Annie (2/1), Dolly Dancer (5/2), Darling Miss (7/2), Ayr Of Elegance (8/1), Inishbel (8/1), Brogine (12/1), Yeats Mardy (16/1), Madaboy Cross (33/1)

Verdict

DARLING MISS can continue to progress over the larger obstacles to bag the prize in first-time blinkers. The six-year-old can get off the mark over fences at the third attempt for trainer Gordon Elliott and see off any potential challenge coming in from chasing debutantes' Dolly Dancer and Inishbel. Ayr Of Elegance for the Henry De Bromhead stable is worth a market check as post time approaches.
  1. Darling Miss
  2. Dolly Dancer
  3. Inishbel
