325,000 guineas Sea The Stars colt out of Group 2-winning mare. Made promising start when kept on to finsih half-length second in Newmarket 1m4f maiden last month. Should know more now and has solid claims on that evidence.
Well bred Invincible Spirit colt who showed definite promise when fith of 14 on debut here in May over 1m2f, keeping on in closing stages in race won by smart stable companion Logician. From top yard and has to be respected over extra 2f.
Very promising two-length second to smart Logician over 1m2f here in May but hasn't really bult on that in three subsequent starts, including when fifth in Goodwood handicap last time. Extra furlong may help but needs to raise his game.
10,500 guineas Mastercraftsman gelding who made little impression on debut last week in Nottingham 1m2f novice stakes on soft ground, beaten 21 lengths. Probably needs more time and better when handicapped.
Failed by just a nose to land Sandown 1m2f handicap off mark off 77 in June, and beaten a length here over same trip last time off 4lb higher. Step up to 1m4f may help but surprise if he doesn't find one or two too good here.
