Gained a deserved win at Brighton (over 12f) last week, battling on well to score by ½l and this drop back in trip ought not to pose a problem. Cheekpieces on there retained and every chance of following up under the penalty.
Yet to win in 10 starts, couple of her efforts this summer read well enough but jury still out as to whether 10f is really her trip and the yard have gone off the boil too. Others readily make more appeal.
First start for new trainer just setting out in her new career, have to go back to 2017 to find his last win and although a very solid effort here last time out, that was over a mile, which may be his best trip.
Won over a mile at Chelmsford back in April but still some 6lb higher here and last couple of efforts rather suggest he's gone off the boil, although didn't get the best of luck in running last time.
Just four wins in 52 starts but on the plus side, last of those came over C&D last October and he's 4lb lower here. Latest effort best forgiven and under conditions that suit, has chances from the inside draw. Watch market.
Won off this mark at Chelmsford last October, and a couple of recent efforts suggest she might be on the way back to form. Stays this trip fine and if ready to go after a break, isn't discounted.
Hard to win with sort, and gets a change of headgear here after a moderate effort at Chelmsford last time out. Trip and track fine and although clearly risky, can't be totally ruled out of a weak event.
Well handicapped on old form but going nowhere quickly on recent starts and although this drop back in trip will help her cause, it's still hard to see her coming out on top.
In the frame of three of his last four starts, which reads pretty well, but they were all over a mile and he didn't progress when upped to 10f here last time. On that, others make more appeal.
The fact he's still a maiden after 17 starts has to be a worry but he was going on nicely at the finish over 1m here last time and is well worth another go at this trip. Not out of it if he does stay, and one of the more interesting ones.
Going nowhere fast at present and finished a well-beaten last of eight in a Leicester seller just two days ago. No realistic chance here.
Beaten big distances in four starts, including a handicap last time, and although it's early days with him he can't be backed with any confidence at present.
Winner over 7f here in January and only 1lb higher here, but this trip has to be a major concern (best form at shorter) and he's out of form to boot. Others readily preferred.

Born To Reason (9/2), Voice of A Leader (5/1), Classified (6/1), Keep It Country Tv (7/1), Drumshanbo Destiny (7/1), Nicky Baby (9/1), Cat Royale (12/1), Ahfad (12/1), Luxford (12/1), Captain Marmalade (14/1), Grasmere (16/1), Far Cry (20/1), Midoura (33/1), Misty Breese (50/1)
The first of two Grade 7 handicaps on tonight's card and good form is thin on the ground. A chance is taken that CAT ROYALE will bounce back to form under conditions he enjoys as he's well drawn to attack in stall 1, given he likes to lead, and is well enough handicapped. The short break he's had may well be a positive too, and he is worthy of a bet. Born To Reason at least comes here off the back of a win, which has to count for plenty, and he should be on the premises along with the Gary Moore pair of Luxford and Ahfad. The latter named could go close if he stays this trip.
- Cat Royale
- Born To Reason
- Ahfad
