Proved hugely underwhelming on debut at Ayr (6f; good to firm) when sent off 2-1jf. Was very green though, and is entitled to be an entirely different proposition now with experience on his side.
Made pleasing enough debut when fourth at Ayr (6f; good to soft) in a race which was full of runners with experience. That contest was probably of similar strength to this one, so he is a major player if straighter this time round.
Has already been gelded ahead of making his debut. Dam was a winner over this trip as a two-year-old. Stable not readily associated with winning newcomers so he is best watched for now.
Suffered a heavy defeat at York (7f; good) recently when stepped up in trip. Back down to 6f now, but he is impossible to fancy on all that he has shown so far. Look elsewhere.
Took a step forward from underwhelming debut effort to finish runner-up at Ayr (6f; good to firm) to one that has won again under a penalty. Should be bang there if progressing again.
Did very little wrong to finish a promising fourth on debut at Haydock (6f; good to soft). The form of that contest has already been franked by the runner-up, and with improvement expected he is one of the leading players.
Took a very minor step forward from debut effort where he failed to beat a rival to finish fourth at Redcar (7f; good to firm) when last seen. Would still have to step up markedly on the basis of that. Best watched.
Bated Breath filly. Cost 22,000gns as a yearling. Related to fairly talented Coolmore Group-placed/winner The Happy Prince. Likely to have a future, but trainer is 0-17 with two-year-olds in the last five years.

Three Fans (11/10), Custodian (7/2), Ainsdale (4/1), Streaker (4/1), Wadi Al Salaam (12/1), Yorkshire Grey (25/1), Jackate (33/1), My Havana (50/1), The Saddle Rock (50/1)
The only two-year-old race on the card and it is very hard to split these. The market vibes which surrounded Ainsdale before he made his debut were very encouraging, and he is likely to put in a much improved effort after looking inexperienced then. Another name to mention is Streaker after the form of his recent runner-up effort to Macho Time was boosted last week when that horse made it 2-2. However, preference is for THREE FANS who made a pleasing start to life when fourth at Haydock in what had the appearance of a strong race. The runner-up in that contest has since boosted the form. Likewise, Tom Dascombe's colt can follow suit.
- Three Fans
- Streaker
- Ainsdale
