Twice a winner form nine starts here, so likes this track, and has run well on his last three starts. Handicapper offers him a welcome hand too, so if repeating latest C&D effort, when beaten under a length, has a solid chance.
Had been on the slide but arrested that with a much better effort from the front at Yarmouth last time, worn down late and then battling on well for second. Back up 2lb but if he's regained his form, he's a danger to all here.
Another that had looked to be going nowhere but found some form from somewhere to finish second at Windsor last time. Just four wins in 43 starts shows he no win machine though, and on balance, others are preferred.
Winner at Chelmsford in May and has run fairly consistently in three starts since then. Drop back to 6f here is probably in his favour but has only won once in 24 turf starts and that's enough to make you look elsewhere for the winner.
Had just the five starts so far and they have revealed little, although his Leicester run last October wasn't a disaster. However, a pretty poor effort when last of eight at Chepstow last time tempers any enthusiasm for him.
Best effort to date when third at Chepstow last time, although that came over 7f and she didn't look to be crying out for a drop in distance. Still a bit to prove and others are more persuasive.
No win and just the one place to show for his eight efforts so far, best run coming at Wolverhampton in March but that was over 7f and he hardly looked in need of shorter (stayed on one pace). May find others a bit too speedy here.

Perfect Symphony (3/1), Union Rose (4/1), Swanton Blue (4/1), Case Key (5/1), Es Que Magic (6/1), Gilt Edge (10/1), Dreamboat Annie (14/1), Atty's Edge (16/1)
Case Key will be hard to catch if he shows the same speed (and attitude) he did at Yarmouth but UNION ROSE did little wrong when getting beaten under a length here last time out, and gets a welcome 2lb drop into the bargain. This looks a good chance for him to get on the scoresheet. Swanton Blue and Es Que Magic can scrap out the minor money.
