Fourth in a good Salisbury novice event before taking advantage of an attractive opening mark at Chepstow. Handicapper has been lenient and no surprise should he follow up.
A runner-up spot behind Nayef Road has been franked in the past week. However his progress has stuttered despite the handicapper's sympathy and no promise he is ready to take advantage.
Gelded following a below-par effort last time and had looked a shade one paced prior to that. Not out of this at the weights but a podium finish may be the best he can hope for.
Yet to land a telling blow in three starts and opening handicap mark looks demanding based on what she has achieved. Yard having a quiet year.
Has plenty to prove having finished last on two most recent starts. New headgear applied and drops markedly in trip.
Scored off this mark in 2018 and best run since came off the same rating last month. Had no chance with the winner that day but still finished clear of the third. Has each-way claims.
Dual C&D winner last year and produced her best effort of this campaign here a month ago. Stable's horses are running well and hard to discount.
Fair effort at Lingfield in June but has backed that up with two dismal efforts since. Percentage call would be to look elsewhere.

Recuerdame (2/1), Dargel (11/4), Corinthian Girl (9/2), Glory (8/1), Padura Brave (8/1), Sussex Solo (8/1), Fiction Writer (14/1), Fares Alpha (16/1), Vino Rosso (100/1)
DARGEL finished fourth to the useful Biometric on his penultimate start and, with the third now rated in the mid-70s, he was clearly let in lightly on his handicap bow at Chepstow. The handicapper has been lenient again and Clive Cox's charge has an excellent chance to follow up. Fiction Writer and Padura Brave represent yard's of contrasting sizes but both have their teams in good shape, however the biggest threat may come from Recuerdame whose two best career efforts have come off today's mark of 65.
