Debuts for a new yard and is open to improvement after just six previous starts over hurdles. Solid claims on the pick of his form but wouldn't want the ground to be too quick; the jockey booking compensates for the fact he's still a maiden.
Mixed form since joining his current trainer and needs to bounce back from three poor runs. Also 6lb above his last winning mark and not particularly well handicapped as such.
Was of modest ability on the Flat and has made little impact in the limited number of times he's been seen in public over the last couple of years; 0-3 over hurdles and yet to start a race at odds below 66/1 in this sphere.
Made little impression when previously tried over timber (last December) and makes little appeal from a punting perspective unless there is a surge of market interest from somewhere. (His solitary career win was over 1m on good to firm on the Flat.)
Four previous runs over hurdles (and one in a bumper) produced little of consequence other than he's managed to get round unscathed. Hard to recommend and big improvement needed on his handicap debut.
Dropped to a handy mark but been well held in what has been a relatively active period (ran twice per month since April). His solitary career win up to press was achieved on heavy ground.
Shown a liking for this course and built on what was a promising run when finishing a clear second (behind a well backed favourite) last month; to win convincingly last time out. 6lb higher but this isn't much tougher. (Useful his rider claims 5lb.)
Poor completion rate since returning in May and difficult to make a serious case in his favour on that evidence. (Has plenty to find with Ourmullion from last time.)
Still a maiden and has lacked resolution when tried over further in recent starts, so possible the drop to the minimum trip will initiate a more accomplished display. Another with a lot to prove just now.
Modest handicapper from the Flat and has brought the same level of form with him through previous 10 (winless) starts over hurdles. Would be a surprising winner.
Raced in 17 bumpers in France and it has to be a concern that she didn't manage to win a single one of them. Was regressive in four starts for her current yard last season and is best just watched on her first outing since last September.
Seemingly had the race at his mercy until his rider was unable to maintain the partnership due to a slipped saddle on the run to final flight last time; better off at the weights with Ourmullion and dangerous to underestimate. Shortlisted.
1lb out of the handicap and faces a stiff test on these terms; the drop in trip is also a concern; but not as much as his very long losing run. Hard to fancy this time.
Struggled to make any sort of lasting impression since joining his current yard and his maiden status is the only thing that has been maintained. He's 5lb wrong at the weights and is another who is easy to leave out of the betting plans.

Ourmullion (15/8), Camlad Kingfisher (9/4), Da Dou Ron Ron (3/1), The Lincoln Lawyer (7/2), Naasik (6/1), Gin And Tonic (12/1), All Good Things (14/1), Jeremy's Jet (20/1), Kilcaragh Boy (22/1), Just Marvin (33/1), Chance It (33/1), Baron Von Chill (50/1), American Craftsman (50/1), Troy Dee Knee (50/1), Johni Boxit (50/1), Poor Duke (50/1)
Ourmullion is the obvious choice given the revitalised efforts he's posted of late. However, he was looking well held by NASSIK when they met over C&D earlier this month and, granted a safer conveyance for today's pilot - the saddle slipped and the gelding unseated Danny McMenamin when he had the race all but sewn up on the run to the final flight - the six-year-old looks good value to make amends this time around. The Lincoln Lawyer appeals as the best of the rest as he has time on his side and benefits from a prime jockey booking to bolster his chances. Camlad Kingfisher goes well at this course and is another to bear in mind.
