Placed twice from three starts at the track, has been a bit disappointing this season, not least when made favourite last time out, folding tamely. Trip an unknown and might want slower ground as well, so plenty on her plate today.

Some of her form makes her look quite well treated here but she's not really progressing as she should be doing and hardly looked in need of a step up in trip after weakening out of it at York last time. This is easier, but has questions to answer.

Stays well, twice a winner around this trip, including at Nottingham three starts ago. Bit below par last two starts but it's not been terrible, and as she's the one proven at this trip, she has plenty going for her in that respect.

Made the most of a simple opportunity to get off the mark at Doncaster last time out, and this half-sister to useful stayers Raheen House and (in Austraila) Shraaoh should relish this step up in trip. Unexposed and must be on the shortlist here.

Twice a winner over 12f in the past year and knows how to win when the opportunity arises, however has been below par last two starts and possible the handicapper has hold of her at present. More exposed than most, too, and is passed over.

Winner over 10f at Salisbury in May and then improved on that when stepped up in trip at Haydock, sticking to the task for second. Should stay this far and better ground may help too, so looks a player getting plenty of weight.

Sea of Faith (4/5), Motivate Me (3/1), Jedhi (8/1), Lorelina (12/1), I'll Have Another (14/1), Point In Time (33/1)

Verdict

With question marks over one or two of these at the trip, Jedhi has a good chance of taking a medal of some colour home, but she's got two progressive 3yos in Sea Of Faith and MOTIVATE ME to contend with, and she might find them a bit too good for her. Sea Of Faith did nothing wrong when winning a little race with ease at Doncaster but she has to give plenty of weight away to Motivate Me and she'll appreciate this step up in trip too. She can come out on top.
  1. Motivate Me
  2. Sea of Faith
  3. Jedhi
