Showed some decent form for Andre Fabre but lost his way last year. Shaped well on debut for new yard here in May, and improved when short-head second of 10 to Cardano in a handicap at Newmarket last time. Outstanding claims at this level.
Raced too freely to make an impact in bumpers, and has been well held in two Flat outings at up to 1¼m, starting slowly. Needs his sights lowered, for all there may be some innate talent lurking there.
Gelded son of Camelot out of a 2-y-o 7f winner. Making his debut rather late given he was a 70,000 gns Breeze-Up purchase last year, but yard can ready one, and market check essential.
By Sea The Stars out of a winning half-sister to smart sprinter Thewayiam, out of a half-sister to 1992 champion two-year-old Tenby. Green when fifth behind subsequent winner Logician on Newmarket debut last month, and will improve, so considered.
New Approach half-brother to smart 5f-7f winner Cardsharp and useful 6f-1m½f winner History Book. Another who is late to make his debut given a decent pedigree, but folly to ignore, and market will be useful.
Lemon Drop Kid colt who made 80,000gns as a yearling. Slowly away when well held on Chelmsford debut last month, but did make late headway, and likely to do much better in time.
Full-brother to useful 1m winner Pyjama Party and half-brother to two-year-old 7f winner Izapi. Showed ability on debut for William Haggas at Nottingham in May, but sold quite cheaply subsequently, which tempers confidence about his prospects.

Forecasts
Dramatic Device (10/11), Look Closely (9/4), Magic Act (7/1), Final Orders (14/1), Red Secret (20/1), Sleepdancer (66/1), Ingleby George (100/1), Soldier Of War (125/1)
Some well-bred sorts in here, including Look Closely who was too green to do himself justice on debut at Newmarket. He will improve, but the standard set by DRAMATIC DEVICE is pretty strong, and Chris Wall's gelding was better than ever when just touched off in a competitive handicap over this trip last time. Magic Act and Final Orders are newcomers with likeable pedigrees and need a market check with their respective trainers well capable of striking on debut.
