This is a decent seller and one where a chance is taken on ERIC THE THIRD returning to last year's levels having had a couple of runs following a break. He grabbed five races last summer and a return to more positive tactics on a return to this trip may be enough to see him home. Eolian has place prospects but is notoriously difficult to win with, whilst Buckeye Shan has been backed as though he is better than has been shown lately. Show's Over won a similar race at Newton Abbot and should confirm placings with Harbour Force, whilst Patsio scored unexpectedly here last time, when four hurdles were omitted, and now tackles a longer trip.
