Won over 7f at Musselburgh and 1m at Haydock in May, and improved again when a close second to Nicholas T at Ayr last time. May yet do better, with yard firing on all cylinders, and tops the shortlist on recent evidence.
Course regular who won twice here last year for Chris Dwyer. Not disgraced on return/debut for new yard in May, but ran poorly last time, and looks vulnerable even if back to form here.
Won three times of significantly higher marks for Henry Candy in 2016/17, but hasn't been able to score for current yard despite a tumbling mark, and latest effort at Nottingham was poor. Blinkers back on now.
