Trying to find her way again at the moment having been placed in a couple of novice hurdles on the first two starts of her career. Handicaps have so far proved a step too far although she is now running off a more feasible mark.
Improved out of all recognition suddenly on her penultimate start (had a couple of previous winners behind) at Ludlow. Proved that was no fluke up 4lb to win at Marker Rasen, now has another 5lb rise to cope with plus a longer trip.
Hard to be confident about her chance based on her recent effort and she's a long way from the form that saw her land a small field Wincanton novice in October. Tongue-tie goes on for the first time with her mark much reduced; makes limited appeal.
Usual hood (left off on handicap debut) returns for her second try in this sphere stepping up in trip having been given plenty to do last time over 2m4f at Uttoxeter. That run a clear step forward on her novice efforts; one to take seriously in this.
Disappointing and pulled up when sent off favourite at Newton Abbot last time dropped into selling handicap company that coming on the back of a sound third in and open handicap hurdle. Would need to shrug off that effort; limited appeal.
Seen to maximum effect when second at Stratford (penultimate start) gaining an easy lead and having the run of the race over 2m6f. Failed to repeat that effort last time (ridden with restraint) at Worcester (2m4f), up in trip now; others preferred.
Shrugged aside a 10-month absence to land an Ayr handicap hurdle (well supported) in January off a much-reduced mark. Struggled in two starts since then although the latest came after another break and off a higher mark.
Produced a much-improved effort on course/handicap debut In May (wore first-time cheekpieces) but failed to build on that showing last time. Up at this trip for the first time on her most recent start she jumped poorly (never a factor).
Like many recruits to this yard that have lost their way for their former homes this one took an instant step back in the right direction on stable debut at Uttoxeter. Conceded first run, cheekpieces go back on off a very handy mark, leading player.
Yet to win a race but has shown enough to suggest that she should be able to pick up a handicap in the near future. Far from suited by the drop back to 2m last time; should be far more at home over this 3m, faces a couple of tough rivals.
Form figures make her look better than she is the last two placed efforts coming in weak handicaps over 2m4f. Far from certain to last this 3m and far more required if she's even to make the frame again.
Point-to-point winner but her previous form when with Robin Dickin was poor (one standout effort). Arrived back under Rules having had a win op but showed little (last of four at Fakenham); visor now replaces cheekpieces, no appeal in this.
6lb out of the handicap with cheekpieces going on for the first time having shown very little over hurdles so far (yet to get within 40L of a winner). Last of seven on handicap debut and hard to formulate a case for her now.
