Patchy form in point-to-points but did win her maiden at Kinsale last time at the sixth time of asking. Trip should suit and market can guide here on rules bow.
Former maiden point-to-pointer beaten 21L and 29L in two maiden hurdles to date so hard to be optimistic about her today.
Former point-to-point scorer took big step forward on debut effort latest when only beaten ½L over 2m4f at Wexford. Longer trip here no cause for concern and has leading claims to go one better now.
Placed just once in her five bumpers but can't be underestimated on hurdles bow give yard which she hails from. Any market support would also be highly notable.
Arcadio newcomer; €3,000 F; fifth foal; half-sister to 6f winner Ella's Delight; dam 1m and 1m2f winner , half-sister to 1m/8.8f Listed winner Royal Alchemist. Best watched on debut.
Unseated and fell in her only two point-to-points so can't accurately assess her ability although certainly can doubt her jumping.
Ballingarry point winner was a more than respectable fourth of 13 on rules bow over 2m4f at Wexford. Should improve for an extra 2f here so has sound each-way claims.
Maiden of eight points and five races under rules and after another non-descript effort at Cork she's hard to fancy here.
Never really landed a blow on debut when a well beaten eighth of 13 at Wexford. Should improve for that but doubt by enough to make the frame.
Second on rules debut at Tramore and fourth since at Wexford show her a mare of some ability but was beaten 33½L by re-opposing Capture The Action latest so a place looks her best hope here.
Twice placed in her six bumpers so clearly has some ability. First time over hurdles now and perhaps the market can help reveal expectations.
Registered sound efforts at Cork (second of seven, 2m3f) and Tramore (third of 11, 2m5f) in her brief career to date and wouldn't need to improve greatly to make a bold bid here.
Placed on hurdles bow at Cork but not matched that in three subsequent maidens and now has a bit to prove. Benefits from an experience edge but others have more potential.
65-rated five-race maiden on the Flat makes her hurdles debut here. From a capable yard so worth at least a cursory check in the betting ring.
Forecasts
Stowaway Sarah (3/1), Capture The Action (7/2), Tropical Stream (9/2), Honey Come Home (13/2), Somethinboutangela (12/1), Kashika (12/1), Creadan Belle (14/1), Blossomfort Trish (16/1), Realpolitik (20/1), Smash The Lamp (25/1), Battle Away (25/1), Glenough (25/1), Shesakeeper (50/1), Ellie Burgess (100/1)
Having gone down narrowly at Wexford last time out CAPTURE THE ACTION has outstanding claims to go one better and get off the mark today. Tropical Stream has run two sound races in as many starts and looks the greatest threat ahead of the experiences Kashika.
- Capture The Action
- Tropical Stream
- Kashika
