Six-race maiden over hurdles who posted a career best when finishing third of 12 beaten 6¾L at Punchestown in January. Well held when last seen in February but could be of interest dropping back in to maiden company.
Six-race maiden over hurdles who landed a Kilbeggan bumper over this trip on debut last September. Has failed to hit the frame since but may have been found an ideal opportunity to run a big race here.
Failed to justify favouritism in a handicap hurdle over C&D last month finishing a well beaten fourth of nine. Stable in good form and worthy of consideration in this company.
Winner over 1m4f, placed at 1m6f and 2m for trainer Ralph Beckett. 81-rated handicapper on the Flat, the gelding is worth a market check in the run up to post time on hurdling debut.
Gelding by Yeats. Dam winner over hurdles at 2m1f and over the larger obstacles at 3m. Yard hitting the frame of late and market likely to reveal expectations on rules debut for winning point-to-point contender.
Encouraging second of 10 beaten 5½L on hurdling debut in a Wexford maiden earlier this month. That effort suggests plenty of improvement and is approached with respect in this contest.
Gelding by Mahler out of a Bach mare. Has moved for €11,000 as as three-year-old and £20,000 as a five-year-old. No impression on debut in a Downpatrick bumper last month over 2m3f. Worth a market check on hurdling debut for leading trainer.
Failed to complete in five of his six point-to-point starts last season. Ran well for a long way on hurdling debut at the recent Bellewstown meeting when fourth of 16 behind Galway festival bound Room To Roam. Likely to improve.
Son of Invincible Spirit out of a Rainbow Quest mare. Closely related to Listed winner over 1m4f, Ferdoos and dual Listed victor in Italy and Germany at up to 1m7f, Brusco. Looks a future prospect.
