Fast Company gelding off the mark at the 13th time of asking for connections at last week Bellewstown meeting. More than capable of another bold effort.
Provided a shock at Kilbeggan last month landing a 2m2½f maiden hurdle at odds of 50/1 before finishing a well beaten 50L in a Roscommon novice contest over 2m4½f. Plenty to prove now on handicap debut.
Winner of a Kilbeggan handicap hurdle over this trip in April off an 11lb higher mark. Beaten since but likely to give a good account of himself in this company.
Distance winner who is two from 13 over hurdles with his last win coming at Wexford in October of a 2lb lower mark. Well beaten on his latest start over timber in May and needs a couple to falter in this contest.
Returns to hurdles following four disappointing excursions over the larger obstacles since May. Sole win in 16 starts over hurdles came over C&D of a 2lb higher mark came at this meeting two years ago. Market likely to be the best guide.
In good form recently which included getting off the mark at the eighth time of asking when landing a 2m1f handicap here in April off a 14lb lower mark. Beaten since but still able to make his presence felt in this grade.
Won his second hurdle start in 10 when taking a Downpatrick handicap by 5½L over 2m1½f last month off a 7lb lower mark. Big danger running over this sort of trip.
Over two years since the Windsor Knot gelding entered the winners enclosure and is still running 4lb higher than last winning mark. Little signs of any light at the end of the tunnel just yet.
