Has been improving steadily all season running her best race on her handicap debut at Leicester over an extended mile. A reproduction of that effort would see her in the mix in this contest.
Not improved for the switch to the handicap sphere. Only had the five starts though so is not completely dismissed, despite the fact she has plenty to prove. Fair form when placed in a couple of maidens at Kempton last season.
Not the most consistent of mares but has ability on her day. Showed signs of a return to form at Newmarket three weeks ago in an apprentice handicap. Not one to rely upon but capable of winning this.
Very unlikely winner based on limited racecourse form. Beaten nearly 60 lengths last time out in June at Doncaster and will probably struggle here on her handicap debut.
Very consistent mare but it is over 450 days since her last win. Has run well over this course and distance in the past and one to consider off her current handicap mark.
Generally consistent mare at this level and wins her fair share of races. Connections have been trying to find her ideal trip of late and not without a chance stepping up to mile for the first time on expected ground she will enjoy.
Struggled against older rivals when dropped in trip at Lingfield last time out having previously won over an extended 7f at the same track in June. Might appreciate this trip (trying for first time) and one to consider.
Fairly consistent on the AW around this trip and if translating that to turf she holds every chance though only turf run was disappointing (at Goodwood in May). Good effort last time out at Kempton at the end of June shows she is in good heart.
Another who has done most of her racing on the AW. Generally consistent but latest effort for new connections was below par and long absence a slight concern.
Has been hurdling of late to little effect. Latest flat outing was around this time in 2018 when she finished last over 2m at this track. Easy to pass over.
Forecasts
Tarbeyah (7/2), Kyllachys Tale (4/1), Accomplice (9/2), Song of The Isles (5/1), Caen Na Coille (9/1), Huddle (9/1), Shellebeau (9/1), Mooroverthebridge (12/1), Cooperess (25/1), Skylark Lady (100/1)
A hard race to assess with a slight preference going to ACCOMPLICE who certainly deserves to win a race again based on her consistency, it may just depend on whether she is outgunned in the closing stages. The one most likely is Tarbeyah who has been improving all season and may have more progress to come although she has a lot of weight to carry here. Best of the rest could be Song of The Isles stepping up in distance after some good efforts on the AW while Huddle could run well if adapting to turf better than she did at Goodwood.
- Accomplice
- Tarbeyah
- Song of The Isles
