Backed up promising debut effort at Nottingham in May when easily landing 6f maiden contest back at that track in June. Has form ties with placed horses at Epsom and Royal Ascot and that sets the standard. The one to beat.
Excelebration colt who showed significant improvement to win 6f Salisbury novice contest a shade cosily. Form of that race isn't working out as hoped and but likely there is more to come. The main danger.
Uninspiring start to career when pulled up on debut before finishing last of 15 at Leicester (6f, good to soft) last month. Withdrawn from similar contest here last week and likely to be out of his depth.
Regressed from first start when 8l seventh in Chester maiden (7f, good) when last seen. Claims in a small field but drastic improvement needed to trouble the leaders.

Hard to look anywhere else but the top two in what looks to be a more straightforward novice contest, the manner of victory in which BE PREPARED scored at Nottingham cannot be ignored. His form has been tested in the classier juvenile races that have gone this season and he is the one to beat, although his tendency to hang left last time out could be a concern at this track. Grove Ferry has respectable form but has a few lbs to find with the selection, while Sir Arthur Dayne has the best of the uninspiring form to suggest he will take minor honours.
