This requires a little guesswork with most of the chasing form on offer of something of a dubious nature with contenders like Hurricane Vic and Kilmoganny being asked to repeat performances that may not have been as solid as they look. Mahlers Star is well weighted on his old form and has claims if building on his Ffos Las third last time while money for the Irish raider Rudy Catrail would be significant. JOLY MAKER is without doubt the most fascinating and interesting contender his hurdles run at Market Rasen last time marks him down as useful and he’s only 1lb higher here. Looks just the sort to make a useful summer jumper over this sort of trip.
