Yard are flying with their two-year-olds this year (27 winners currently) this one already one of the winners on debut at Redcar (5f, novice). Bumped into a subsequent Listed winner last time, Albany Stakes too hot last month; easier task here.

Yard 1-6 with juvenile debutantes this year; 38,000 guineas yearling out of a lightly-raced dam (unplaced as two-year-old). Comes from a good family overall, market may provide the best guide to her chance.

Newcomer (£32,500 yearling) half-sister to a useful sort in Masucci (winner at up to 1m2f) out of a dam placed at up to 6f. Yard only 3-30 with their first-time out juveniles this year, faces a fairly stiff task on debut.

Yard always to be respected with juveniles (10-67 with newcomers this year); 70,000 guineas yearling. Dam a winner at up to 1m1f, half-sister to a useful pair in Mawasem (1m winner) and French 1½m winner Prince Khurram; may find 5f a little sharp.

Verdict

The penalty that EXCLUSIVELY has to concede for winning on her debut may bring the four newcomers into play but the experience gained by Archie Watson’s filly will put her at an advantage. She takes a step down in grade here having found the Albany Stakes at Royal Ascot too hot last time but this should prove easier unless any of the debutante quartet are very useful. There are some agreeable pedigrees amongst the newcomers not least the one associated with Dana Forever who looks sure to be speedy. Richard Fahey won this last year with a more experienced sort and his What Is Life should be respected although she may need further in time.
