Off the mark on his second hurdles start, winning by 5L at Bangor (2m maiden, good); found only the subsequent winner Adjutant a neck stronger when bidding to defy a penalty at Stratford early last month; key player.
Won six-races on the Flat for David Simcock (1m3f-1m6f) before joining Oliver Sherwood for a hurdles career; raced keenly throughout when beating Toshima by 12L at Ffos Las (2m, good) 39 days ago; is penalised accordingly.
Ex-French racer (G.Cherel); ran out at the first on GB/stable debut before swiftly making amends with an authoritative display in a Fakenham maiden (2m, good to firm) a couple of weeks later; this is a slightly tougher assignment.
1-23 on the Flat in France, so was hardly an obvious recruit for Nicky Henderson; burst a blood vessel over hurdles at Market Rasen in May; risky; watching brief only.
Unseated his rider early on hurdles debut at Ludlow (2m, soft) in December, and although completing back there (2m5f+) a few weeks later, didn't appeal as a future winner; first competitive start for 181 days.
Bought for £19,000 after finishing second to the Gordon Elliott-trained Hammerstein in a 2m1f Killarney maiden hurdle (good) in May; mildly interesting to see how he figures in the market on debut for Fergal O'Brien.
59-rated Flat turf maiden (0-10); has won twice on the AW way back in 2016 (over 1m4f); it's difficult to imagine that he'll prove overly competitive on hurdles debut, although Aidan Coleman is booked to ride.
Cost a mere £600 as a juvenile; well beaten on sole bumper start (50/1); twice pulled-up at triple-figure odds over hurdles (in modest races); has had wind surgery since.
Ran twice in bumpers (for Fergal O'Brien); reappeared after a year off in Irish PTP's (0-4), when regularly let down by her jumping; one to monitor in the market exchanges now sent hurdling by new trainer Dan Skelton.

West Coast Flyer (15/8), Ruthless Article (15/8), Yccs Portocervo (9/2), Right Destination (6/1), Marcel Debruxelles (16/1), Vincs Vinnie (25/1), Aweeminit (33/1), Rubensian (40/1), Mix Of Clover (50/1), Spinolo (100/1)
As newcomers to their respective trainers both Right Destination (Fergal O'Brien) and Aweeminit (Dan Skelton) merit a glance in the market, but those with winning hurdles form should come to the fore and this race probably rests between Yccs Portocervo, the six-time Flat winner West Coast Flyer and the Rebecca Curtis-trained RUTHLESS ARTICLE. The selection was a 5L Bangor winner on his penultimate start and found only the subsequent Stratford scorer Adjutant (pair clear) a neck too strong when bidding to defy his 6lb winners penalty.
