Won Ribblesdale Stakes at Ascot in 2018, and runner-up in a US Grade 1 at on her return. Similar form in defeat since, running on for second to Addeybb in Wolferton Stakes at Ascot last week. Should give her running, but vulnerable at this level.
Won Nassau Stakes at Goodwood and Prix de l'Opera at Longchamp last season, and probably needed the run when sixth in the Prix d'Ispahan at Longchamp on last month's return. That will set her up nicely for this, and she commands respect.
She won 4 times in 2018, including Group 3 Prix Minerve at Deauville, and took another step forward when landing the 1m1f Dahlia Stakes at Newmarket last month. Only fourth on previous G1 try (Magic Wand second), but may well do better.
Won the Group 1 Fillies' Mile at Newmarket last year, but hasn't quite matched that form as a 3-y-o, finishing eighth in the 1000 Guineas, and fourth in Irish equivalent here on her last two starts. Others have trained on better, it appears.
Never out of the first two, and won Listed Salsabil Stakes over 1¼m at Navan on her return. Improved when runner-up in Oaks at Epsom last time, where she looked sure to win at this trip, and drop in distance gives her a big chance.
PINK DOGWOOD looked all over the winner at the furlong pole in the Oaks, and she should have no difficulty dropping back in trip on that evidence. She has most to fear from Wild Illusion, although her stablemate Happen is bred to excel at this trip, and could be the surprise package now tackling 1¼m for the first time having not had things go here way in the Coronation Stakes last time.
