Carries a 7lb penalty having won on debut at Taunton in April and he did so in really taking fashion winning by 11L. Despite the penalty he looks the one to beat here and a potentially smart prospect.

Cost £45,000 at the Doncaster sales in October and ran a fair race on rules debut to finish fourth in a bumper at Fontwell (2m1f; good to soft). Maybe one for longer distances in time but place claims here.
Hopelessly tailed off in six runner Bumper on soft in December and 13th of 14 six months later at Newton Abbot. Can't be fancied.
7L third in Point-to-point debut in April before finishing fourth of 14 a month later in a Newton Abbot bumper beaten 7¼L. Should make his presence felt with further improvement expected.

Once raced daughter of Ballingarry made a most pleasing start here last month when second at 18/1. That form entitles her to respect and with more progress likely she has to be considered.

In what is a decent bumper for the time of year DROMINEER will have to be pretty useful to overcome a 7lb penalty but that was exactly what he looked when highly impressive on debut at Taunton. C&D second Balladame will be a danger in receipt of 17lb whilst Loughfair can't be ruled out as a newcomer from the all-conquering Nicky Henderson yard.
