Didn't show much on 5f Carlisle debut but showed benefit of that when 6L third of nine on soft ground Chester maiden at 6f. Extra furlong again may help and one for the short list.
First foal of a dam who ran just once. Very green on 6f soft ground debut at Carlisle last month but got the hang of things closing stages to finish a creditable 9L fourth. Should know more now and extra furlong a plus.
First foal of a dam who didn't race. 33/1 and tailed off on debut over C&D a week ago and will need to make dramatic improvement to figure.
Subject of some support at double figure prices on 5f Thirsk debut in April but failed to beat a rival. Gelded since and needs to improve dramatically over this longer trip.
€42,000 yearling. Related to three winners. the best of whom was Charlie Farnsbarns who won from 6f to 1m1f in smart company. Interesting to see how she compares in market to stable's other representatives who have already raced.
First foal of a dam who won at 1m3f. Yard can ready two-year-olds and worth a cautionary look in the market.
66/1, always struggling after dwelling at start on recent 6f debut and would need a major step forward to play a part in finish.
Strong 4/1 on recent soft ground 6f Haydock debut. Did well to recover from been hampered early to just lose out to a fellow newcomer. Extra furlong looks sure to help and that form sets the standard here.
Forecasts
Walk In Marrakesh (1/2), Frasard (3/1), Breguet Man (11/2), Impression (14/1), Road Rage (16/1), Cersei Lannister (20/1), Majarra (50/1), Richard Of Cambria (80/1)
WALK IN MARRAKESH just failed to start her career with a win but showed more than enough to suggest she can quickly go one better with that experience under her belt and from a good draw. Frasard overcame greenness to show plenty on his first run and with normal improvement looks the chief threat. The newcomers are worth monitoring in the betting though on form Breguet Man completes the short list.
- Walk In Marrakesh
- Frasard
- Breguet Man
