Eight-time winner bounced back from a poor Chester run (didn't take to a visor) when a close second in this grade at Lingfield. Handles this soft ground and likely to go close again off these terms.
Twice a winner for George Scott on quick ground but yet to add to that for current stable. Handles some cut and couldn't go the pace on first try at sprinting latest. Put in off an attractive weight if bouncing back.
Racing consistently without winning so far this year. Ideally suited by a furlong further but handles the ground. Place possibilities but would need to be at his best off these terms.
Sole win came in a Goodwood maiden in 2016 despite a consistent profile. Handles any ground and place chances yet again, while likely to find one or two too good again. First time blinkers added.
Veteran who does have a win on soft but it was back in 2010 and generally better suited by faster ground. Hasn't raced since April 2017, so while he's attractively weighted, the market is likely the best guide for this stable.
Seven-race maiden hasn't progressed since early promise for David Simcock. First-time blinkers and a softer surface could both help but more needed at the weights.
Yet to get in the money from seven starts so far and hasn't convinced beyond sprinting distances. Faces a very stiff task at the weights.
Faces his ideal distance and ground but still just three wins from 33 starts and has struggled in five starts this year. Hard to see him getting involved again.
Seems to handle most conditions although wouldn't want it too testing and a mile seems to be his preferred trip. Best suited by the weights and can build off a decent return. Likely to be involved in first time cheekpieces.
Poor form from 11 starts and yet to get in the money. Form was regressing further when last seen at the end of 2018 and easy to overlook on return.
Longstanding maiden following 33 starts and his best form has come on quick ground. Badly out of form in five starts this year and remains one to oppose.
Nine-race maiden showed some promise for her previous two stables but was very poor in first two starts for this yard back in May. Hard to make a case for at present.
Gelded son of Equiano was sent off at odds of 33/1 and 40/1 and showed no signs of promise in two starts to date. Easy to dismiss.
Monsieur Bond gelding has been beaten a combined total of 117 lengths in two starts so far. Drops in trip and impossible to make a case for.
Second in a small-field on handicap debut at Southwell (6f) that remains his best piece of form. Nowhere near that in three runs since and didn't look suited by soft ground last time.
Has proven inconsistent in six starts so far and while not disgraced at Thirsk in April he then refused to load at Redcar last month. Best watched following that.

Typically for the grade there's a handful of runners to concentrate on. Mick Easterby races three and while Kalk Bay is worth a market check following a mammoth absence, Imperial State and ROLLER both give him live chances. The latter is well suited by these terms but both can go close. Robero is reliable and shouldn't be far away.
