Showed evident progression from debut effort when finishing runner-up at Leicester (6f; good to soft). Obviously benefitted for the step up from 5f to 6f. The one they all have to beat.
Sir Percy colt who made just 8,000gns as a yearling. Not an obvious type on paper first time out. However, certainly of interest as he gets older given that he is related to French Oaks winner Star Of Seville.
By Camacho. Yard are well-known for their success with two-year-old newcomers (23% strike-rate with two-year-olds this year). Cost E16,000 as a yearling. Not the strongest of contests and he could have a very big say first time out.
Ran a very modest race on debut when ninth of 13 at Windsor (6f; good to firm). Would need to have improved plenty from that effort to get involved in this contest. Stable out of form and best watched until entering nurseries.
Free Eagle filly who cost 30,000gns as a yearling. Half-sister to four winners. Could well play a prominent role on debut for yard who are 4-23 (17%) with two-year-olds this year.

Forecasts
Flash Henry (8/15), Too Hard To Hold (7/2), Sovereign Beauty (6/1), Smuggler (10/1), Quarrystreetmagic (10/1), Depeche Toi (18/1)
This revolves around the George Scott-trained FLASH HENRY who fared well on debut over 5f at this track and, if able to reproduce the level of form which saw him finish an agonisingly close second at Leicester recently when upped to 6f, should take the world of beating. If he fails to make it third time lucky though there are a couple in this contest who could easily capitalise, namely Too Hard To Hold and Sovereign Beauty. The former needs little introduction, hailing from a yard whose newcomers always tend to be there or thereabouts, while the latter makes some appeal on paper given that he is related to some fair sorts.
